PETITION-PLEASE SIGNHey guys,
Because bureaucracy is tying up our ability to be heard on an important issue, We've created a petition on change.org: OSPCA- Peterborough: Prevent a neglected dog from returning to its owner.
We're trying to collect 100 signatures, and it would be really awesome if you and anyone you know could help all the people concerned with this issue and the puppy, and sign this petition.

Grassroots movements succeed because people like you are willing to spread the word! Through public pressure, maybe we can convince the OSPCA that it would be absolutely UNACCEPTABLE to let this dog return to this home. We're working hard to find an amazing, loving home for him but it's absolutely imperative that he does not return to his previous home and owners.
thanks for your time

It was late in the afternoon, everybody was out there 'getting busy living' and I had locked myself inside my bed half awake, not particularly finding any valid reason to get out of it. Then I was awakened from a nightmare by my
